Abstract Submission Procedures

• Prospective authors can submit proposals for either oral or poster presentations.
  Please refer to the Authors Guidelines and Procedures for submission.  
• Proposals should be in the form of an extended abstract, limited to two A4-sized pages (including figures and tables), and must contain adequate information to allow a sound referee review.
• The extended abstract must include the following information:  
  • Paper title
  • All authors’ and co-authors’ names and affiliations
  • Type of presentation (for oral presentation, please specify which theme the paper is to be submitted for)
  • Contact information (email address, postal address, telephone & fax number) of corresponding author
  • Summary of the project/case study (in less than 150 words)
  • Outline of your project (maximum of 2 A4-size pages)
• Submissions should be made online at www.editorialmanager.com/iwa-conferences, using the extended abstract template provided.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure that you “APPROVE SUBMISSION” in order to complete the submission process. Please contact us if you don’t receive manuscript number assigned to your paper within two weeks of your submission.

 Registration Fees

All accepted oral and poster presenters are required to register for the Water Convention on their own and pay for the conference registration fees.

Important Dates

Submission of outline papers: 15 November 2009
Notification of acceptance:     22 January 2010
Submission of full papers:       15 April 2010
