Singapore International Water Week 2009 charted new heights of excellence. The recent launch of the Blue Paper and Solutions by Singapore’s Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Dr Yaacob Ibrahim at the International Desalination Association World Congress in Dubai was very well received and further attests to our stature as a key global water solutions platform.
