Q: How can I register for SIWW 2010
A: Online registration is now available.

Q: I have registered to attend SIWW 2010, where and when can I pick up my badge/pass and materials for the conference?
A: Please proceed to the onsite registration counter at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre , Lobby.  Registration information as follows:

* Trade Visitor Registration will only be available from 29 June 2010  


Q: What form of payment can I use to register for the conference?
A: SIWW accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit cards : VISA, MasterCard and American Express
• Cheque / Bank Draft Invoice
• Invoice
• Bank Transfer

Please note that the mode of payment would be restricted to credit card only after 15 June 09. Cash and credit cards are accepted onsite only [Singapore Dollars Only].

Q: What is included in the different registration packages and how much do they cost?

Water Leaders Summit (by invitation only)
Fees include Conference Kit, Luncheons and Coffee/Tea Breaks , admission to Water Leaders Summit, Water Convention, Leading Edge Technology Conference sessions, Welcome Reception, Dinner by the Bay, Water Expo and Business Forums

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:  There will be no refunds for cancellations but replacements will be allowed.

Q: Is there a penalty for substitutions/replacements?
A: No.  Substitutions/Replacements are welcomed without penalty and should be submitted in writing by mail or fax by 30 May 2010.  The substitute must submit the original registrant’s name and/or badge credentials with your request. 

Q: Is there a cost for losing a badge?
A: Yes. If a badge is lost, please proceed to the “Badge Reprint/Correction” counter, located at Registration counter on Level 1 Suntec Singapore, to pay the applicable fee for a replacement badge.

Q: What is the minimum age to attend?
A: Children under the age of 18 entering the exhibit hall during the show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  Their parent or guardian assumes all risks and responsibility for the safety of the children.  Children are not allowed in the hall during move-in or move-out.

Q : Who can participate in SIWW?
A : All professionals are welcome to register as delegates or trade visitors of SIWW.

A:  The following items are included

• Fascia Broad with Company's Name
• 40W Fluorescent tube – 2 numbers
• 13 amp/230V single-phase power point - 1 number
• Information counter – 1 number
• Folding chairs – 2 numbers
• Wastepaper basket -  1 number
• New needle punch carpet in single colour - Yes
