The Strategic Foresight Group will be launching "The Himalayan Challenge - Water Security in Emerging Asia" at the River Basin and Delta Management Workshop on 28 June 2010. The document looks at trends and discontinuities in availability of water, its socio-political impact and trans-boundary collaborative and sustainable solutions during 2010-2050. It involves research as well as workshops involving top experts from the Himalayan River basin countries - China, India, Nepal and Bangladesh.
