I have registered  for Singapore International Water Week - Water Convention / Leading Edge Technology! Now,I want to ask two questions.Firstly ,If I participate in the convention, when the conference fee should pay?Secondly,by bank transfer, whether  you can give a certificate to confirm I have been invited to participate in the convention.
