Distinguished guests
Ladies and gentlemen

Introduction
A very warm welcome to all of you. We have come to the end of yet another exciting Singapore International Water Week 2010. To celebrate the success that we have achieved through your strong support and contributions, we are pleased to wrap up the Week on a high note at Universal World Studios, one of Singapore’s latest attractions.

Past week events
It has been an eventful week filled with insightful discussions and fruitful exchanges. We have heard some good ideas at the Water Leaders Summit; and through the water convention, water expo and business forums, we have had invaluable networking opportunities to share our best practices and experiences. I believe the week of discourse has and will open new vistas of opportunities to work together, and further inspire for us to make a difference in our communities.

I would like to take this opportunity to express special thanks to the experts for sharing their ideas and experiences at the various sessions. I believe your lectures will serve as great references to solving the global challenge of finding sustainable solutions. I would also like to express my gratitude to the exhibitors of the water expo, for showcasing your latest advances and allowing our delegates to view a wide spectrum of technologies and solutions. Last but not least, a big “thank you” to all our sponsors, partners, and delegates for displaying strong confidence in our event as evident from the time and resources you had generously invested.

Singapore International Water Week 2011
On behalf of the organizing committee of the Singapore International Water Week 2011, I would like to invite all of you to join us again next year. The Singapore International Water Week 2011 will be held on 4th to 8th July 2011. The theme of next year’s water week will be “Sustainable Water Solutions for a Changing Urban Environment" and it promises to offer more exciting and enriching programmes which you should not miss.

Closing
Thank you once again for your support without which this year’s Water Week would not be a success. Have a wonderful evening!
