  • Reservation must be guaranteed by valid credit card, and subject to room availability.
  • Room request is subject to availability and hotel confirmation. 
  • Room rates are valid for the period of 27 June – 02 July only.
  • Cancellation received with less than 30 days notice or no-show on the day of expected arrival is subject to penalty for the full duration of stay reserved.
  • Official check-in time is 15:00 hours and official check-out time is 12:00 hours. 
  • One-way transfer from hotel to SUNTEC will be provided from Ibis, Bayview and Shangri-La Hotels*.
