Singapore International Water Week Pte Ltd invites tenderers for the following project:

Tender Reference No. SIPL/01/2025 – Professional Conference Organiser for Spotlight 2027 & 2029 and Singapore International Water Week 2028 & 2030 under a 4+2 year contract

ELIGIBILITY

Potential tenderers are required to satisfy the following eligibility criteria before their submitted proposals will be considered.

a)	Presence in Singapore	Tenderers must have a local office in Singapore.
b)	Track record	Tenderer must have extensive and proven track record in providing event management services, organising at least 4 international or local conferences of similar nature in the last 2 years, that has achieved an audited record of: Total delegates exceeding 1,500; and/or At least 5 high-level guests such as Head of States, Ministers, and Mayors from foreign countries
c)	Financial Standing	Tenderers must meet the following requirements: Minimum paid up capital of S$30,000 Turnover/ Sales/ Revenue of S$1,000,000

TENDER DOCUMENTS

Eligible tenderers can purchase the tender document from 84 Toh Guan Road East #06-01, Singapore Water Exchange, Singapore 608501, from Monday to Friday, 9.00-11.30am and 2.00-5.30pm (excluding Public Holiday). A non-refundable document fee of S$32.70 (including GST) for each tender document shall be made payable to ‘Singapore International Water Week Pte Ltd’ by crossed cheque. The last day for purchase of tender documents is Thursday, 27 November 2025, 5.30pm.
