Vincent Lee, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP is an Associate Principal in Arup with over 20 years of experience in sustainable development, green infrastructure and integrated water management. He brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record for implementing blue-green infrastructure from strategic visioning through construction. He is a proponent for Arup’s ‘Design with Water’ approach where across the world, he has helped his clients achieve water-resilient cities and communities. Since 2012, he has led the design of green infrastructure in the Public Right-O-Way and City-owned properties within 2,000 acres in New York City. Within Arup, Vincent is the Global Water Skills Leader where he ensures technical excellence and quality in hydraulic & hydrologic modelling, green infrastructure, water sensitive design and resilience. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil/environmental engineering from Penn State University, and a Master of Science in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
