1. How do I register?
   Delegate registration is through the official SIWW2026 event website, with discounts given to delegates to low-and-middle income countries. Click here to register now.

2. What is the registration fee?
   Fees depend on pass types and fee structure. The SIWW2026 delegate full pass includes access to full SIWW2026 programme and networking events (excluding by-invitation sessions and other paid events that are ticketed separately). Delegate full pass includes morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches. Please refer to the delegate registration page for more information.

3. What is the payment policy?
   Full payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, AliPay, telegraphic/bank transfer and via PayNow for Singapore-based registrants.

4. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
   All registrations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, delegate replacements are permitted, subject to approval from the organiser.

5. Where can I find my registration details?
   Your registration confirmation, along with your unique QR code, will be emailed to you at the email address used for registration. Please bring along a digital or print copy of your unique QR code to collect your badge onsite at the event. If you have other registration enquiries prior to the event, please email registration@siww.com.sg.

   Onsite registration is available during the event period.

1. Where is the event venue?
   SIWW2026 is held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.

2. What is the dress code for the event?
   Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies.

3. Is this event open to public?
   SIWW2026 is open to stakeholders from governments, cities, utilities, and industry of the global water community.

4. How do I get to the event venue?
   Marina Bay Sands is located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. For directions on how to get there by MRT, Bus, Car & Taxi and/or River Ferry Services, click here for more information.

5. What are the preferential accommodation options available?
   Please refer to the accommodation page for more information.
   
   Marina Bay Sands is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16). The station connects to the Circle and Downtown Line of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train system.

6. Will meals be provided?
   Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches are provided for delegate full pass holders. Please refer to the delegate registration page for more information.

7. Is there complimentary WiFi at the event?
   Attendees can connect to ‘Marina Bay Sands’ network for free wireless internet access.

8. Where is the SIWW2026 Water Expo located and what are its opening hours?
   The Water Expo is located at B2 (Hall D, E, F) and L1 (Hall A, B, C). Its opening hours are as follows:
