Murali leads C40 Cities’ various engagements, and staff members, in the ESEAO Region. He works on climate and sustainability strategy with cities, the private sector, multilaterals, and NGOs. He has lived and worked in Malaysia, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. He is the lead author of the publication Creating Future-Proof Cities: How to Navigate the Climate Crisis. Formerly a Director at Arup and Think City, Murali has a wealth of experience in stakeholder management, crafting resilience and sustainability strategies, and seeing to their successful implementation. He regularly speaks in conferences on sustainability, resilience and regeneration.
