Spanish Experts Committee for the Reconstruction after the Valencia Floods, Valencia, Spain

Enrique is a tenured Fluid Mechanics full professor at the Valencia Technical University and former Senior Vice-President of the International Water Association.

His activity revolves around urban water management and pressure hydraulics. More specifically on topics related to performance assessment, benchmarking, regulation of water services, digital water, water and energy and infrastructure asset management.

Enrique is a member of the committee of experts working on the reconstruction after the Valencia floods.
