Organiser:
This course provides participants with insights on emerging IOT technologies and how it can be applied to enhance efficiency, safety and resilience of operations. Through actual use-cases deployed in the water sector in Singapore, participants can better appreciate the applications of such technologies.
The course also provides the opportunity for hands-on engagement which enables participants to better understand the end-to-end IOT system architecture, and equip participants with the knowledge of existing technological challenges such as different wireless protocols, interoperability, technology obsolescence, cyber security etc., and how to overcome these challenges. It will also highlight how individuals can embark on IOT in the workplace and bring about change management for organisations to reap benefits from IOT.
