I have developed over 30 years of experience in the field of water supply and sanitation. My first job was at a wastewater treatment equipment supplier with several projects abroad. At present, I’m working with the largest Dutch drinking Water Company ‘Vitens’ as Leading Professional. Before my present position I have been manager for different departments such as Research & Development, Investment and Production. Therefore, I was and am involved in many projects and optimisations of drinking water plants. Largest theme I am working on, is the strategy. How will our drinking water supply be in 2100. During my work, I gained a lot of experience in the field of filtration, membrane filtration, concentrate treatment, ion exchange, membrane bioreactor technology, project management, digitalisation, leadership and change management.
