The Hosted Buyer Programme is designed for senior decision-makers across Southeast Asia to engage in pre-arranged, high-value business meetings with solution providers aligned to their organisation’s water and sustainability priorities.

Successful applicants will receive:
  • 2–3 nights hotel accommodation with breakfast
    (Check-in on or before 16 June | Check-out before 18 June 2026)
  • Return airfare reimbursement (capped at SGD 200, subject to approval)

The programme is open to qualified senior representatives from governments, utilities, industries, EPC contractors, agents and distributors across Southeast Asia, including:
  • C-suite and senior leadership (Chairman, CEO, CFO, Managing Director, General Manager)
  • Decision-makers responsible for procurement, sourcing, or investment in water solutions

To qualify, Hosted Buyers are expected to:
  • Attend the event in person for at least 2 days (16–18 June 2026)
  • Pre-schedule and complete a minimum of 12 business meetings with exhibitors
