Sander is the Chief Commercial Officer of the software unit within Royal HaskoningDHV Digital, bringing together >200 people across multiple countries to deliver software and data solutions to multiple customer segments. Build on the foundations of the Digital Water unit - created in 2018, which then included business as Aquasuite, Ambiental and partnerships with e.g. H2i - the business unit software has grown into an integrated portfolio of smart solutions to address challenges in the fields of Water Technology, Climate Resilience and Light Industry.

Sander is an enthusiastic business leader with years of experience in leading diverse, cross-cultural teams, business units and commercial initiatives. He has worked across the world, in Europe, Africa and Asia, and managed multi-million euro businesses, projects and strategy programs, leading the way in bridging the gap between strategy and execution. He has a technical (engineering) background, combined with an international business degree.
