Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize 2024 Award Ceremony & Banquet

A prestigious, internationally recognised award conferred on an individual or organisation for outstanding contributions addressing the world’s water problems through the creation or implementation of innovative technologies, policies or programmes that positively impact humanity.

The 2024 Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize Laureate will receive the Prize Medallion from Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore at the award ceremony attended by senior leaders from governments, utilities and industry.

President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is also co-chair of the Global Commission on the Economics of Water, will share his insights on global water issues in a moderated dialogue session during the banquet. Moderated by Robin Hu, Advisor Senior Director, Temasek, the dialogue will examine the way we manage and value water, and its intrinsic role in addressing climate change and other global challenges.
