Melvin John M. Tan

Melvin John M. Tan is the Chief Operating Officer for Non-East Zone – Philippines of Manila Water Company, Inc., a company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. He is concurrently the President of WAWAJVCo, seconded by MWC’s parent company, Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc., the core infrastructure arm of the Razon Group.

Mr. Tan oversees MWC’s businesses outside the East Zone through its wholly owned subsidiary, Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc. (MWPV), where he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He is the Chairperson and Director of the following Philippine companies: Filipinas Water Holdings Corp., Calasiao Water Company, Inc., Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc., Ecowater MWPV Corp., Metro Ilagan Water Company, Inc., MWPV South Luzon Water Corp., North Luzon Water Company, Inc., and Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. He also serves as the Chairperson and President of Manila Water Consortium, Inc.

He likewise sits on the Boards of the following Philippine companies as President and Director: Aqua Centro MWPV Corp., Boracay Island Water Company, Inc., Bulacan MWPV Development Corp., Calbayog Water Company, Inc., Clark Water Corporation, Davao del Norte Water Infrastructure Company, Inc., Laguna AAA Water Corporation, Leyte Water Company, Inc., Tagum Water Company, Inc., and Manila Water Infratech Solutions.
