The official opening of Singapore International Water Week 2026, attended by over 3,000 guests, delegates and exhibitors. Key highlights will include an opening address from the Guest-of-Honour, a high-level Ministerial plenary and the Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize Award Ceremony.

Water Convention

Co-organised with the International Water Association, the Water Convention is one of the flagship programmes of SIWW, providing a platform for water experts and professionals to share cutting-edge research, breakthrough technologies and best practices in six themes across the urban water cycle. More than 50 sessions will be presented including thematic workshops, technical sessions, poster session and keynotes.

Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize
|
A prestigious, internationally recognised award conferred on an individual or organisation for outstanding contributions addressing the world’s water problems through the creation or implementation of innovative technologies, policies or programmes that positively impact humanity.
The Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize 2026 Laureate will receive the Prize Medallion from President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore at the award ceremony attended by senior leaders from governments, utilities and industry.
