Sharon McNeil is the Manager of Desalination Operations for the Water Corporation of Western Australia. She is responsible for the technical interests and operational assurance for Water Corporation’s seawater desalination plants, including Perth Seawater Desalination Plant and Southern Seawater Desalination Plant.

Sharon has been involved in the water industry for 15 years. Her career has involved all facets of projects from planning through to commissioning and operations that include drinking water, wastewater, desalination and water recycling technology. Sharon is passionate about sharing knowledge to ensure that we learn from past mistakes, develop competent teams and leverage opportunities.
